About Access Energy
Access Energy was founded in 2020 in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo as an Energy Marketer and provides electricity and natural gas services to the Province of Alberta.
Our energy services are available to almost all residential, farm and commercial customers and allows them to realize immediate savings on their monthly utility costs. Every customer is helping give back to the local community as 10% of the annual profits are donated to local charities right here in the RMWB. We are family owned and operated, and our Mission is to ensure that our customers are treated fairly and kept well informed. Although energy is just a commodity, we believe there is more that we can deliver to our customers than just great rates.
About the founders
Access Energy is owned and operated by Malcolm and Jenelle Setter. The company was founded in 2020 to provide a competitive energy alternative to all of Alberta with a mission to provide superb customer service and energy education for every household and business in Alberta. Currently serving on the Fort McMurray Public School Division, Kings Kids Promotions Outreach Ministries and the Rotary Club of Fort McMurray, they believe in giving back to their community and helping elevate the financial understanding and well-being of all Albertans.
